A fifth-generation Oregonian, my family moved to Bend in 1995 and I graduated from Bend High in 2003. I attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, where I played college golf and graduated with a degree in Business Administration (concentration in Finance). After undergrad, I moved back to Bend and began my work career as a golf professional which spanned nearly a decade, becoming a member of the PGA of America, and serving stints as the Head Pro at both Broken Top Club and Tetherow Resort. I also married my native-Bendite wife, Marrisa, and we now have three children, a golden retriever, chickens, and a mortgage.

Realizing that in order to continue my ascent in the golf industry I’d likely have to move my growing family, and desiring to help people on a deeper level, I made a huge career change into financial services. I joined Copia Wealth Management in February of 2016 as a Financial Advisor, and became a partner of the firm a year later. I am now the Chief Investment Strategist for the firm, and love a good spreadsheet.

I remain connected to the golf community by coaching the Bend High Boys Golf team, and three-putting my fair share of the greens around Central Oregon. I have a passion for youth sports, the Central Oregon outdoors, and Dad jokes.

It started with a terrible armpit rash. I became obsessed with zinc and created a line of calming skincare called Bedrock. Besides Bedrock, I've done tech and telecom consulting for ten years. Started my career at Comcast in a variety of marketing roles. Born & raised in the Puget Sound, happy our family recently moved to Bend.

I am a mechanical engineer and started my career in 2008 after graduating from the University of Colorado. Since then I have had substantial experience working in the federal government but have transitioned to private work in the past four years. My latest move is to establish myself as an independent consultant with my own LLC. I hope to work with different companies big and small and see what problems I can help them solve.
