Ali is the owner of Cammelletti Consulting and has been independently consulting with businesses on customer service and sales for over 20 years. The hospitality industry has been her foundation for 30 years with a strong focus on relationship building. Ali offers one on one coaching with leaders, sales teams and guest service teams as well as presentations offering focused topics ranging from trust building to practicing conflict transformation.
Belinda Adler is the owner of Ascend Financial Solutions LLC.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon and a long time career in Banking.
Her 17-year career span in Banking includes roles as: Vice-President, Commercial Relationship Manager, Special Credits Officer, and Credit Analyst.
Prior to her Banking career, she worked as staff Accountant for a privately held company and for a CPA firm.
She is happily married, has three grown daughters, and two dogs, a giant Weimaraner and Australian Shepard.
I am a professional counselor, university professor, and an author. I currently teach full time at Oregon State University-Cascades in the counseling program. My clinical areas of expertise are career counseling, occupational burnout, grief, trauma, and assessment.
I'm the co-founder of Meli Wraps. I am from Kauai, Hawaii where I started may business. I moved to Bend 2 years ago with my husband, 3 boys and 2 dogs for a change of pace and love every minute of it, personally and professionally.
Allison is a seasoned entrepreneur, certified life coach and consultant. She opened her first small business at 26, held leadership positions in HR, marketing and retail management and later attended the Baraka Institute, becoming ICF certified. She opened Larkspur Wellness, offering coaching programs for private clients and business owners focusing on resistance and resilience. Terra Frma is the coming together of all of Allison's experiences and passions but also a need to prepare for natural disasters. She is a member of UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Institute of Coaching.
When not working a mile-a-minute with her team, Allison is skiing, gardening and and cooking up a storm with her husband and daughter.
