I've spent the past 20 years starting and running several small businesses. Some have been flops and some have been successful and through it all, I've learned that I'm addicted to entrepreneurialism! After creating and operating 3 businesses simultaneously for 6 years I finally decided to slow down and I recently sold 1 of them. I'm now focusing my attention on growing my current business, IYN Stands, which is a manufacturing/e-commerce business. I'll also be finishing my last year at Rock Springs Ranch, as I'm in negotiations of selling this business as well.
Having bootstrapped her previous company from the ground up, Stephanie appreciates the challenges that being the CEO, CFO, marketing director and the chief bottle washer can bring. After successfully selling her business in 2018, Stephanie has shifted her focus to mentoring other budding entrepreneurs who seek her experience in systems integration, customer service, sales pipelines and culture creation. With a penchant for small business development, Stephanie is now consulting with other owners looking to launch, grow or sell their companies.
I have always had a passion for health and finding ways to heal the body naturally. I have been practicing and educating clients about healing the mind, body, spirit of over 25 years. My background includes an Eastern Medicine Naturopath of Ayurvedic Medicine, Herbalist, Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher.
I am a personal trainer, outdoor explorer and movement coach helping others find joy in movement. I started JessBFit 6 years ago as an alternative to the big-box gym. As a *not* naturally gifted athlete, I felt very uncomfortable in "fitness training" spaces. Instead, I found my pathway to fitness through hiking, climbing and being active outdoors: first in the White Mountains in New Hampshire and now in the Cascades Range. I most enjoy exploring the forests, mountains, deserts and coastline of the Pacific Northwest on foot.

Her unique sense of style and design and unrelenting attention to detail drives her to make each quilt as unique as her cliental.

Greg is the President of G Pollack Financial. Greg strongly believes that what we get out of life is in direct proportion to what we put into it. He also believes that life is too short to avoid enjoying it now. This is why he moved to Bend in the first place, and this is the same approach he tries to utilize with all of his clients. Life is too short to waste. Plan well now, so you can actually enjoy what life has to offer. Greg lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife Shannon, their son Josh, and their rescue dog Spencer.

His custom home designs are recognized by creative design solutions that marry beauty and functionality with seamless integrity. Consistently going the extra mile has led to a wide ranging commercial portfolio including medical facilities such as the recently completed Sanford World Clinics facility in Klamath Falls, to Dutch Bros. Coffee, North Dairy Queen, Westside’s Ace Hardware and other notable projects.
A life-long knitter and fiber anarchist who enjoys delighting and occasionally provoking civic conversation through the medium of yarnbombing, I am the owner of Fancywork Yarn Shop. I have a professional background in brand strategy, marketing, and design. After years fighting for brands big and small, I decided to apply my marketing smarts to my passion and opened Fancywork in 2018. Now, rather than helping other brands define themselves, I enjoy helping other fiber artists - both the experienced and newcomers – design the perfect project for their needles and hooks, learn new skills, and find new friends through a shared interest. In addition to knitting anywhere, all the time, I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking and running in the Central Oregon outdoors with my husband and two children.
