Andy Vaughn is the founder and owner of Pure Polish Products, an earth-friendly leather and shoe care products manufacturing company. Prior to Pure Polish, Andy founded six other companies across sports, education, marketing, and tech spaces. As a consultant, Andy has worked with over 100 small to medium-sized businesses on performance marketing, design, brand strategy, operations, and product development. Andy has an M.S. in Sport & Exercise Psychology, and likes to use models of behavior change for his strategic marketing approaches. Andy is an avid cyclist, chess, and poker player, and can often be found enjoying Bend live music.

With over 10 years of web design experience, and a degree in Multimedia Design from the University of Oregon, Kevin holds a multidisciplinary background of graphic design, computer science, and business. As the CEO and head client liaison, you have Kevin’s ear and attention from start to finish. Kevin’s keen and unmatched eye for detail, his leadership on the board of local business associations and nonprofits, and his background in international e-commerce management and video production make him a regional leader in this industry. He currently enjoys all that Bend, OR has to offer with his wife, Sarah, their son Beck, and their dog, Lennon.

I recognized the need for shared warehouse space and services in Central Oregon through my work as a small business consultant. I was helping clients identify needs and overcome barriers, the challenge of storage and shipping was a common theme. I formerly served as the chief operating officer for Bend-based companies Sudara, Inc. and Christy Designs, the parent company of Simply Baked, I was able to leverage my expertise in shipping, fulfillment, and organization to create a shared warehouse solution.

I am Co-Founder and CEO of Mission Farms CBD as well as an Executive Coach. I love work that helps people improve their lives and relationships in tangible ways. I enjoy balancing work with plenty of time playing in the outdoors with my family of five.

Jamie is the founder & designer of the Noble Pillow; her patented designs are helping heal pain sufferers all over the world. Jamie used her sports medicine degree to start her own sports rehabilitation and personal training business (SportsMedX) in 2006. She specialized in helping others recover from pain and injury by getting to the root of the causes. Unable to find a suitable pillow to aid her clients' recovery, she used her years of education and experience to design customizable, ergonomic pillows that would provide a comfortable night's sleep while promoting healthy sleep posture. This endeavor has added to Jamie's experience navigating the manufacturing process, exporting, sourcing, utilizing e-commerce, and running a product-based business. She is always excited to learn, grow, improve, and spread health & wellness to others.
