Opportunity Knocks (OK) provides education, training and
opportunities for problem solving for small business owners and
managers. In addition to the Best Practices Seminars and
Memberships on the Problem Solving Teams, OK offers for sale
the book "Understanding Your Financial Statements."
All of OK's services are covered by the General Terms and
Conditions below. Our business is continually evolving
and as such we reserve the right to change our Terms and
Conditions when necessary. We will, however, notify you of any
prominent changes we feel you need to be pro-actively made
aware of.

Return Policy
We are committed to excellent customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or services, please contact us at cathy@opp-knocks.org within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to either replace the item or credit your account. Return shipping will be at customer's expense.

By placing an order, Opportunity Knocks is authorized on the buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier for delivery.
