In order to renew your annual membership, please complete the renewal form for payment by clicking the link below. This online system allows payment processing through a third-party financial institution (Authorize.net). Opportunity Knocks’ staff does not have access to any personal financial information. Payments can be made using Visa or Master Card accounts. A receipt for payment will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you.

Annual Membership Fees
My business has 0-5 employees or is a non-profit and qualifies for Tier 1 at $325 per year.

My business has 6 or more employees and qualifies for Tier 2 at $650 per year.
