Eric Meade, Membership Director
Eric Meade has called Central Oregon home since 1994. As a licensed Architect Eric combined two of his passions, rock climbing and the building industry, together when he joined Bend’s Entre Prises Climbing Walls in 1994 as a designer. In 1999, Eric bought the business and grew it 400% before selling it in 2008 after establishing it as #1 in the world, with over 70 employees. Eric developed world-class infrastructure while driving innovative product development. Eric enjoys problem-solving and fostering empowered people. His experience spans broadly from sales and marketing, operations, project management, strategic execution and company culture.
