Jason M. Moyer, Administration Committee Chair
Jason M. Moyer has earned more than 15 years of professional experience, including senior roles in executive management consulting, strategy, business planning, corporate finance, new business development, M&A, and business valuation. During the course of his career, Jason has interfaced with scores of companies and directly influenced business decisions representing billions of dollars. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA, and regularly serves as an adviser to executive management, small venture capital firms, and large private equity funds. To date, he has personally started six businesses.
Keith Orton, Team Committee Co-Chair
Keith Orton, Ph.D. is the HR Director for GL Solutions, a growing Bend based regulatory and licensing software development company. He is also a licensed psychologist specializing in clinical and organizational psychology and the founder of LIFE:WORK Perspectives. Dr. Orton has over 20 years of experience working in various business settings performing human resource, organization development, and corporate mental health roles. As a psychologist, he continues to provide assessment and treatment to individuals and couples and engages in organizational consulting with businesses throughout the Northwest.

Roberta Johnson, Membership Committee Chair
Roberta Johnson, founder/owner Sportsvisionbend has been an Opportunity Knocks member for over 14 years and currently continues to be a member as well as a facilitator on another team. Seasoned in retail experience all of her career, she was trained by Federated Department Stores, went on to manage resort businesses to opening Sportsvisionbend over 22 years ago. As a landmark retailer in Downtown Bend, she has continually experienced successful expansion within the business.
