Members & Membership
OK's Problem-Solving Teams and OK's Baldrige Training Teams require an individual's membership in order to attend meetings. Best Practices Seminars meanwhile, are open to both OK members and to the general public.
OK's Problem-Solving Team members include business owners, Presidents, General Managers and Executive Directors of non-profits.
OK's Baldrige Team members include CEO's, Presidents, General Managers and Executive Directors, along with no more than two key employees from each organization.
OK's Best Practices Seminars can be attended by anyone, including OK members and the public at large.
The successful OK Problem-Solving Team member and Baldrige team member is someone who:
- Is capable of active listening
- Can accept constructive criticism
- Is willing to share
- Believes that all problems are solvable
- Has an appetite to learn and grow
Must successful OK members own, manage or work for businesses or non-profits intent upon growing their business or organization. OK prides itself as helping mediocre businesses transition to good and good businesses transition to great.
