Debbie’s background, as a CPA and CFO, provides a depth of experience in financial based management.  She is a focused and hands-on senior executive with over 30 years experience in a variety of industries for early and mid-stage companies including TrustID, Learning.com, Deschutes River Broadcasting (radio) and many others.  She has played a major role in the development of their growth strategies and establishing the budgetary and internal systems required to handle a company’s growth and/or turnaround.  She thrives on training and motivating client’s internal teams. Debbie also has international experience and has worked in Great Britain, Dubai and Sri Lanka.
